Accounts Payable Manager
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the main purpose of the role is to maintain the accurate and full function of the Accounts Payable Department.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification/experience of 10 years
- Advanced SAP
- Advantage: SAP Business One
- Advanced Excel
- Extensive knowledge about Accounting and Accounts payable Principles
- Experience working with foreign currencies would be beneficial
- 3-5 years experience as AP Manager in large & high volume AP environment
Duties
- Manage the full Accounts Payable function.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Preparing payment and remittance
- Resolving queries.
- Ability to manage a direct team of 3 staff members.
- Training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members.
- Ability to manage volumes.
- Managing process of on-boarding new suppliers and maintenance of current suppliers.
- Ensure that the department run smoothly
- Serve as a liaison between the Accounts Payable department and external parties, including lenders, suppliers, and government agencies.
