Senior Packhouse Manager
Our client, requires an innovative and dynamic Packhouse Specialist to oversee a intensive large-scale fruit farm.
The role requires the skills and expertise of an experienced Manager to drive the operations related to a Packhouse Management. This is a 24/7 operation and requires an individual who thrives in a pressurised environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification
- 5 Years relevant experience pertaining to Packhouse Management - Fruit Industry
- Excellent Numerical ability
- Experience pertaining to BRC, Global Gap and HACCP or other quality control systems
Duties
- Ensure the quality control meets export & local standards
- Supervise and guide staff. +300
- Packhouse Operations of 4 intensive crop lines
- Implement processes to streamline Packhouse
- Implement Food Safety Best Practices
- Implement Health & Safety Practices
- Risk Control
- Facilities Management
- Finance Control
