Senior Packhouse Manager
Our client, requires an innovative and dynamic General Manager/Packhouse Specialist to develop a brand new Citrus Packhouse in the Eastern Cape.
The role requires the skills and expertise of an experienced Manager to drive the operations related to a new Packhouse including the Facilities, HR and Finance Management.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification
- 10 Years relevant experience pertaining to Packhouse Management - Fruit Industry
- Excellent Numerical ability
- Experience pertaining to BRC and HACCP or other quality control systems
Duties
- Ensure the quality control meets export & local standards
- Supervise and guide staff. +100
- Packhouse Operations
- Implement processes to streamline Packhouse
- Implement Food Safety Best Practices
- Implement Health & Safety Practices
- Risk Control
- Facilities Management
- Finance Control
