We are recruiting for a Manager to oversee the Vehicle, Machinery & Equipment maintenance on a farming practice.
The required individual will be required to project manage and lead a team to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification an advantage.
- Code 8 Driver’s License. Code 10 an advantage.
- Welding skills are required
- Experience in Service, Repair & Overhaul of Farming Machinery & Vehicles
- Experience in the servicing and repair of Irrigation Equipment.
- Experience in general building maintenance
- Experience in Garden maintenance
- Computer literate – proficient in E-mail, Excel, Word and internet.
- Administration and report writing skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Xhosa an advantage.
- Experience working on a farm
- Can manage and motivate staff well and keep to deadlines
- Well organized, routine orientated and tidy individual.
