A large Packhouse requires the skills of a passionate and experienced QA Manger to manage their fast-paced and intensive Packing Facility and ensure excellent Quality Standards are maintained.
Requirements and experience to perform role:
- Matric & relevant qualification
- QA management in large Packhouse
- Maintain, Audit and improve Packhouse protocols
- Storage of diverse products
- Oversee Receiving, sorting, packing, storage and dispatch
- Maintain QA systems: BRC, HACCP, Food Safety, Global Gap
- Mentor, Train and Lead QA Team
- Must be able to distinguish between primary & secondary colours.
